Michelle Hoff is a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in medical aesthetic procedures. She divides her time performing aesthetic treatments between Transform Age Management and Vitality Institute in Fort Lauderdale and Dr. Charles Messa’s office in Weston Florida. Michelle is also on the faculty as an instructor for the Esthetic Skin Institute which trains medical professionals in medical aesthetic procedures. Michelle’s specialties are: Botox® and Dysport®, Dermal Fillers, and Laser skin tightening treatments.
